Job Title: Process Technician

JOB SUMMARY

Process Technicians monitor and improve manufacturing processes. They are generally responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine parameters, testing batch quality, and reporting equipment malfunctions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring the production machines and equipment

• Testing product quality and maintaining a documentation of the same

• Ensuring smooth functioning of all the production processes

• Inspecting and identifying machine faults and errors

• Maintaining and updating production logbooks

• Reporting any faults in the process to the Production Supervisor

• Ensuring that the production area is safe and clean at all times

• Reviewing and adjusting machine parameters

• Offering technical support to the team members whenever required

• Using statistical tools and software to analyze process data

• Keeping a track of the process supplies and resources

• Ensuring compliance to the safety and health standards at all times

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• 5-6 years’ experience in similar fields
• Experience in Maintenance of Process and Packaging
