Jemi Neil Consulting (JNC) was founded by skilled professionals with Human Resources experiences, qualifications and professional backgrounds, who identified the existing gap in Talent Solution Services particularly in the SME space. Thus, JNC was founded to bridge the gap of providing “one-stop-shop” talent solution services. We observed that, despite a large number of HR Consultancy Agencies, there is still a huge gap in overall Talent Solution Services.

Founded on five (5) core values of Timely Delivery, Ownership, Professionalism, Integrity, and Can-do Spirit. The goal of JNC is “to be a leading Global Human Resource Solutions company”. We do not intend to just “talk the talk”, we will “walk the talk” as we aim to continually build and develop the capacity to deliver world-class services.
