JOB SUMMARY
An alternative assets investment company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist
to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive app installs and signups and
boost brand awareness. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will drive growth through targeted
campaigns across all segments, from acquisition to retention.
Responsibilities
● Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including SEO, email marketing,
PPC, Paid Social, Organic social, and new marketing channels.
● Understand and articulate the buyers’ journey across all segments and use this to create
multi-segment campaigns to drive conversion.
● Experiment with high-impact, low-cost digital channels to drive customer acquisition
and retention.
● Maximize website conversion rates through A/B testing of landing structure, design, and
content changes.
● Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ marketing tactics to
identify new opportunities.
● Launch successful digital campaigns and track campaign performance.
● Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance to ensure complete delivery
and maximize ads performance.
● Perform detailed keyword research and optimize App Store and Web Description
appropriately.
● Plan, recommend and prepare digital marketing strategies for top features.
● Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing
● Experience with SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and other digital
marketing channels.
● Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making
● Experience in A/B testing and website optimisation.
● Knowledge of industry tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, and Ahrefs
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
simultaneously
