JOB SUMMARY

The Risk & Compliance Analyst performs the risk management process of risk identification, risk assessment, risk mitigation, communication and monitoring. The analyst will also ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of all regions where organization is operational.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, demonstrating a deep understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure regular filing of all statutory returns within regulatory timeline.
• Develop and implement robust compliance policies, procedures, and controls, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate compliance effectiveness through regular audits, assessments, and reporting, providing accurate and timely information to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of regulatory updates and industry best practices, proactively implementing necessary changes to enhance compliance practices.
• Conduct comprehensive compliance training programs, ensuring all employees have a clear understanding of their compliance obligations and responsibilities

• First degree or its equivalent in a numerate discipline
