Job Summary

As a Business Developer & Community Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your role will encompass both driving business partnerships and fostering a vibrant community around our brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage our audience, and foster collaboration within our community.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with our company’s goals. Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects, existing and past clients and collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives to maximize business reach and potential.
  • Community Engagement: Build, nurture, and engage a strong and passionate community around our brand. Facilitate discussions, respond to inquiries, and create valuable content that resonates with our audience.
  • Events and Initiatives: Organize and manage events, webinars, and initiatives that bring our community together and showcase our brand’s expertise.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that speaks to our community’s needs and interests.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to measure the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or community management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation tools for community management and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Great team member

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in the media, pop culture, and entertainment sectors.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, particularly for community management and data analysis.
  • Age between 25 and 35 years.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
