Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
We are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial & Sales Manager to commercialize & scale our retail and corporate B2C and B2B products/services as well as provide market insight for the development of new banking products. The candidate would also be responsible for driving the bank business budget.
The candidate must have acumen for strategy formulation and implementation, with proven experience of growing a business to scale.
- oversees the implementation of sales , commercial strategies and objectives, implement the bank’s commercial policies and ensures the business teams adheres to the annual budget.
- Focus on commercializing & Scaling the bank digital products (Payment &Collection solutions, B2B & B2C, Digital App usage) to ensure the bank get return on investment.
- Develop a growth strategy for partnerships with organization and agencies that ensure the optimum usage of the bank services.
- Identify new opportunities in the market and work with the team to create a market-fit product
- Commercialize the bank digital product and services with the aim of creating awareness and usage of the product.
- Deepen relationships with existing partnerships and identify new opportunities for engagement and supporting partner needs.
- identify new partnership segment and new products that help scale the bank services
- Develop financial projection model for each product and work with the various Businessteam to achieve the budget for each product and services.
- Organize/attend event to showcase the bank product and services
- Position the bank among the top digitally inclined MFB in the industry.
- Responsible for the attainment of the bank business and profitability budget.
- Represent the MD/CEO at strategic and marketing calls.
- Perform other task as delegated by the MD/CEO.
5 – 7 years’ experience in roles that include: Sales, Business Development, Growth and Partnership management, Strategy, Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, Go-to-market.
