Job Summary

Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7–10+ years of operations experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record in managing premium or high-value client operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in operational systems, reporting tools, and process automation solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
