Job Title: Order Fulfillment Associate

JOB SUMMARY:

The Order Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for deciphering work orders, locating stock, and packing items for delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Employee responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

• Logging orders on POS platform

• Accurately sorting customers’ orders 

• Updating product & packaging materials inventory 

• Preparing monthly sales & inventory report 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years on the role

• Degree in any field.

• Excellent communication, time management and organising skills.

• Ability to read and interpret written work orders

• Strong attention to details.

• Knowledge of warehousing and inventory procedures.

• Passion for skincare and beauty.

• Excellent Customer Service skills.
