Our client a communication, dynamic Value-Added service company that is poised to capture substantial market share in Nigeria’s Telecommunication is looking to hire an IT support officer. The IT support will be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, routers and networking to ensure end users get maximum benefits

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES INCLUDES:

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Resolving individual and corporate client complaints
• Help desk and providing technical support to clients and staff
• Onboarding and setting up accounts for new end-user
•  Data analysis, presentation and interpretation
• Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
• Software and hardware troubleshooting
• Digital marketing
• Working knowledge of Hardware and Networking principles
• Working knowledge of CRM tools or willing to learn  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• BSc in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience
• Working knowledge of Hardware and Networking principles
• Working knowledge of CRM tools or willing to learn  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, open to new ideas and ability to multi-task
