Renumeration: NGN 400,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Act as a strategic partner to business units on HR matters including talent management, performance, and employee relations
  • Collaborate with department heads to manage workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and organizational procedures
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports for informed HR decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • CIPM or other HR certifications is an added advantage
