Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Act as a strategic partner to business units on HR matters including talent management, performance, and employee relations
- Collaborate with department heads to manage workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, and productivity
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and organizational procedures
- Provide data-driven insights and reports for informed HR decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- CIPM or other HR certifications is an added advantage
