Customer Service and Events Lead

Renumeration: NGN 200,000 NET

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.

Job Summary:

The CSR & Event Leads is responsible for helping customer service representatives provide ef- fective assistance and satisfying customers. The role entails coordination of CSR and Event per- sonnel to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend to customer request and questions
  2. Customer service and ordering fulfillment
  3. Assist with inventory management
  4. Ensure all documents are properly filed and daily reports at sent to management
  5. Ensuring the Bakery environment is clean at all times
  6. Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to concerns
  7. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  8. Assist with all internal and external Admin related inquiries or requests.
  9. Supervise all company events
  10. Assist with performance management procedures.
  11. Schedule meetings, interviews, and maintain agendas.
  12. Assist with training sessions and seminars.
  13. Assist with ad-hoc Admin projects.
  14. Support other assigned functions.
  15. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
  16. Liaising with bakery, events, and delivery staff to ensure smooth operations and delivery of goods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business admin or Hospitality related fields
