Senior Operations Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary
-We are looking for a Senior Operations Professional with strong experience in fashion and hospitality—someone who understands premium service, pays attention to detail, and knows how to keep complex operations running smoothly.
-This role is for a hands-on leader who can manage people, processes, and standards at a high level while maintaining the quality and consistency expected in a premium environment.

Required Skills & Experience:
•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
•⁠ ⁠7–10+ years of operations experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role.
•⁠ ⁠Proven track record in managing premium or high-value client operations.
•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in operational systems, reporting tools, and process automation solutions.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
