SALES MANAGER

Location: Lagos

Main Purpose of the Job

Our client a leading retail distributor of premium wines and spirits in Nigeria is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for researching and developing marketing and sales strategies, driving sales, designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies, maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales data, and creating sales reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and developing marketing and sales strategies.

• Conducting extensive research on competitors’ products and services.

• Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.

• Preparing budget and time constraints.

• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.

• Answering client’s questions about product specifications and uses in a professional manner.

• Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.

• Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.

• Handling complaints of the clients and negotiating the deals with the clients.

• Taking feedbacks from the clients.

• Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms.

• Creating and presenting sales performance reports

Minimum Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or a related field.

• Mininum of 4 Years cognate experience in sales

• Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales or Marketing Department.

• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques, strategies.

• Good negotiation and sales skills.

• High-level communication and networking skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Good project management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
