Summary
Our client, a leading company in the furniture industry, is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a keen understanding of customer needs, and a passion for quality furniture solutions. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Acquisition:
- Identify prospective customers and establish relationships to generate new sales.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Drive growth by exploring and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and following up on inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable product recommendations.
- Manage client expectations and handle any queries or complaints with professionalism.
- Product Knowledge:
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the furniture product range.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in the furniture industry to provide relevant advice and suggestions to clients.
- Sales Reporting and Strategy:
- Track and report on sales performance, providing updates and insights on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine sales strategies and target-setting.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Keep abreast of market conditions, competitive offerings, and customer trends.
- Provide feedback on market conditions to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass comm., or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, ideally in the furniture, home decor, or retail industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Personal Attributes:
- Goal-oriented with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Adaptable, able to work independently, and possess strong organizational skills.
