Summary

Our client, a leading company in the furniture industry, is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a keen understanding of customer needs, and a passion for quality furniture solutions. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify prospective customers and establish relationships to generate new sales.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive growth by exploring and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and following up on inquiries.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable product recommendations.
  • Manage client expectations and handle any queries or complaints with professionalism.
    • Product Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the furniture product range.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in the furniture industry to provide relevant advice and suggestions to clients.
    • Sales Reporting and Strategy:
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing updates and insights on sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine sales strategies and target-setting.
    • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Keep abreast of market conditions, competitive offerings, and customer trends.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass comm., or a related field (preferred).
    • Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, ideally in the furniture, home decor, or retail industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
    • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Personal Attributes:
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Adaptable, able to work independently, and possess strong organizational skills.
