Renumeration: NGN 80,000 basic pay (Commision on sales)

Main Purpose of the Job

Our Client, a Real Estate Company is in need of a Sales Executive who will be responsible for selling the company’s products by carrying out marketing and networking activities, The Sales Executive will also overview functions that include key account management, sales & marketing, attending to existing and prospective customer’s inquiries for the establishment of new businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy

· Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities

· Monitoring the housing and property markets to identify potential leads

· Maintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters and updates

· Cooperating with current business partners on potential projects

· Expected to meet established weekly and monthly sales target

· Client Key Account Management

· Client retention management

· Carry out market research/ feasibility studies for reporting and market intelligence to foster sale

· Contributing to the development of marketing strategies

· Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products

· Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies

· Answering client queries about product specifications and uses

· Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.

· Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Minimum Job Requirements

· MUST have proven sales/operations experience in the real estate industry

· BSc/BA in any relevant field

· Ability to sell luxury real estate off-plan products

· Has good professional work ethics

· Has a fairly wide range of prospect networks and is conversant with the terrain of operation

· Good Customer Service etiquette

· Should be affiliated with realtor groups

· Passionate about sales & marketing

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills

· Basic proficiency in the use of MS Office Suites
