Our client in the E-commerce industry is looking to hire a competent Sales and Operations Manager who will oversee team members while simultaneously achieving set goals.

Job Requirements:

– B.sc degree in related field

– Minimum of 5 Years cognate experience in sales and operations

– Must have the capacity to multitask and network

– Capacity to oversee team members while simultaneously achieving set goals

– Must be a Hands-on person, able to build meaningful relationships not just with customers but also with team members

– Have a highly developed sense of initiative, and the ability to function effectively with little or no supervision.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

–  must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record, must be able to drive a manual car
