Renumeration: NGN 200,000.00 Basic Pay (Plus commission on Sales)
A property sales person has the responsibility of using their in-depth knowledge of selling properties to help the agency sell property, and guide prospective clients or buyers through the process of finalizing purchases or sales. A property sales person will be using a mixture of negotiation, marketing and sales skills to find new clients and convince them that the agency is the right one to handle their sales.
-Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms
-Arranging advertising to promote properties
-Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
-Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
-Finding qualified buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay anacceptable price
-Marketing the property which for instance may involve preparing fliers, creating a virtual tour, installing a for-sale sign, and advertising on the internet and in print
-Navigating the transaction through the entire process to final close.
-Following the timeline of contingencies to make sure that all deadlines are fulfilled andmet.
-Getting the best and highest sale price for the agency.
-Making a full disclosure to all parties on any matters that might materially affect thetransaction.
Should never disclose agency’s confidential information, especially information that will affect the transaction.
Job Specifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
Extensive knowledge in selling in Ikoyi, Lekki and Victoria Island.
Experience in property sales.

-Understanding of the property sales process and dynamics.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
-Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
-Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
-Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs
-Ability to independently meet timelines and deliverables
-Well organized, self-disciplined, professional, and problem-solving skills
