Job Role: Personal Assistant to the Md(Immediate Resumption)
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Salary: 80k
Our client, an event planning company seeks to hire a Personal Assistant to the MD who is required to Organize the activities of the MD, including trips, logistics, hotel bookings .
The ideal candidate is expected to Schedule appointments for the MD, respond to emails and calls, Understand documentation, prepare budgets and proposals, make trips on behalf of the company from time to time(Expense covered)
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualities: Great communication skills, Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Must be very proactive, punctual, very polite and smart. Must possess at least 2years experience in relevant field. Must possess a degree in Human Resources, Admin, Business Mgmt or relevant field. Should be able to work 8am -7pm – Mondays to Fridays and weekends when there are events.
