Job Title: Personal Assistant to MD/CEO

Our Client, a Senior Executive is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to the MD/CEO. The ideal candidate is expected to have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be swift at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administration assistant in the past.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications
•Conducting research, gathering
data and analyzing information
needed for strategy, planning and
•Prepare, draft, proofread and execute accurate business correspondence
•Be an integral part to helping execute a varying range of projects.
•Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders on behalf of the his Manager.
•Answering incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner and accurately taking messages
•Managing the executive’s day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
•Attending with or representing the CEO at board meetings, conferences
•Carrying out administrative/managerial tasks necessary for the operation of the office of the CEO
•Provide general administrative support.
EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum of BA/BSc. in any field.
•2 – 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support, Preferably Male
•In-depth understanding of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
•Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
•Data-informed decision making and sound judgement
•Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
