Job Summary

Our client a learning institution is looking to fill the position of a nursery teacher with excellent knowledge of the British EYFS curriculum who will be responsible for preparing and implementing educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements and will also help to cultivate the students’ interest in education.

Job Responsibilities:
· Teach basic skills such as colors, shapes, numbers, letter recognition,
grace and courtesy.
· Teach Phonics- reading two and three letter words.
· Establish and enforce rules of behavior
· Prepare homework and classwork.
· Write lesson plans.
· Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and
social development such as games, music, arts and craft and role play.
· Observe and evaluate children’s performance and write report.

Job Requirement

• Excellent knowledge of the British EYFS curriculum.

• Has good years of experience teaching nursery two /reception class.

• Up to date with modern teaching methods and creative ways of engaging preschoolers in and out of the classroom.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Patient, friendly and good disposition towards work.

• IT savvy particularly MS office and Canva (not mandatory but it is a plus)
