Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Instrumentation /Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible for preventive, corrective, troubleshooting, shutdown, major and minor maintenance activities, on various types of instrumentation. 

Job Title: Instrumentation/Mechanical engineer

Location: Lagos /West Africa

Salary: 300,000

Responsibilities: 

Carrying out maintenance /Servicing of Boiler, Oil/Gas fired Burners, steam traps, steam operated condensate pumps, pressure reducing valves. 

Responsible for selling Boiler, steam and condensate accessories spares, mapping uptime of our installed base.  

Responsible for the timely handover sites for commercial production  

Carry out all preventive maintenance/breakdown maintenance of all Instrumentation    equipment as per lay down procedures.

 To Plan for spares for Instrumentation Equipment. 

Ensure Zero breakdowns and zero tripping of Instrumentation equipment by high-quality maintenance and zero-defect in an Instrumentation system. 

Traveling extensively to cover the customer base and offer products & services 

Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Sectional Head. 

Requirements: 

HND / Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

 2 – 3 years related job experience in maintenance & servicing of Boiler

 Good knowledge of instrumentation operation, monitoring, and maintenance.

 Must understand Hausa & English Languages

 Good problem-solving and analytical skills. 

Good oral and written communication skills.   

Good networking and teaming skills. 

Proficiency in the use of office productivity tools. 

Preferably Male candidates for gender balance.
