Direct Sales Agent (Tech)

Job Summary:

Our client, a leading Microfinance Bank is seeking to hire passionate and dynamic individuals who will function as Direct Sales Agents for the company. The Direct Sales Agent will create customer awareness of company’s products and services. They are also responsible for presenting company’s products and services to potential customers and closing sales. 

Responsibilities:

•Manage selling of various products in professional manner.

•Must be able to Create sales proposals.

•Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.

•Cooperate with customers and provide various company plans and services and detail quote for all required information.

•Maintain and update knowledge on all company products and services.

•Maintain knowledge on all competitor products and services and analyse all advantages and disadvantages for various products.

•Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources.

•Must document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement.

Requirements:

•             Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.

•             Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience.

•             The ability to retain important information.

•             Superior selling skills.

•             Excellent networking skills.

•             Strong negotiation skills.

•             Effective communication skills.

•             Exceptional customer service skills.
