Job Title : Marketing Officer
Our client a reputable Educational Consultant is seeking for a Marketing Personnel who will be responsible for all digital marketing activities, with proven workable strategies
Ensure the website content creates a first class customer experience, while supporting clients strategies and business priorities
Lead e-mail campaigns and execution of digital and related marketing campaigns.
Report & analyse on key performance indicators and find opportunities for improvement on a monthly basis.
Lead the planning and execution of the digital marketing strategies to promote clients services.
Conducting market research to identify opportunities
Organize and attending activities to raise brand awareness
Monitoring the impact of the marketing strategies adapted and making necessary changes.Lead SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to increase organic search visibility and ranking.
Drive impactful incremental revenue growth by generating high quality sales ready leads from new customers.
Work closely with the sales teams to identify market requirements and trends in order to continuously tailor content to the specific needs of our customers.
Manage Social Media Content and create a social presence on social media
Plan, organize and manage all e-mail campaigns, events, social media pages and relevant creative content per the marketing calendar to drive traffic and increase conversions on the website.
Manage online customer acquisition and retention programs including SEO, email, affiliate, and graphics and social marketing.
Investigate, recommend and implement new enhancements that can increase revenue, brand awareness and improve overall customer experience by analyzing the results of ongoing efforts.
Manage CRM Tool (Hubspot)- Form creation, Marketing emails etc
Manage Email Marketing via Mail Chimp
Use Google Analytics and other business tracking tools to make strategic and tactical recommendations
Benchmark, measure and analyze results of online and offline marketing initiatives such as e-mail campaigns, events, promotions, SEO marketing, affiliate program and future online marketing initiatives.
Perform keyword research in coordination with Clients business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Shown success in handling metrics and data and working in a quantified commercial environment
• Solid understanding of Search Engine Advertising/Search Engine Marketing including campaign creation and optimization
• Essential skills include AdWords, Analytics, Google Search Console and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with the following will be desirable: CRM Systems (Salesforce.com), SEO Optimization tools (Bright Edge, Conductor, SEM Rush, MOZ), Marketing Automation tools (Marketo), Analytics & Intelligence platform
