Job Title: 2 & 3 Wheeler – Service Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Our client, a leading manufacturing and trading company is looking to hire a 2 & 3 Wheeler – Service Manager who will direct and coordinate all activities involved in the acquisition, operations and maintenance of automotive equipment.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for 2/3 Wheeler service operations. 
• Directly handling customer concerns & service issues. 
• Advice the customers on service and filling of job charts. 
• Leading the Team of Service Dept. 
• Work in accordance with approved SLA requirements to sustain high levels of data consistency, timeliness, maintaining up-to-date and complete databases
• Ensure the Customer satisfaction and other feedback analysis mythology
• Responsibly for Warranty Parts Analysis & their counter measure
• Resolve Service Related Issues at the Dealer end
• Ensure Service setup requirement at Dealership
• Visit dealerships and manufacturers to perform physical checks

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

• B.E, Mech. Elect. Or Diploma in Mechanical Electronics.
• 2 – 3 years working knowledge of automobile Industry ( Preferably 2 wheelers )
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
• Experience gained within a client focused specialist environment
• The ability to work towards tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• The ability work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with MS packages (Excel in particular)
