Our client, a luxury fashion brand is looking to hire a Sales Representative for its lounge/bar. The incumbent will manage all sales activities and make sure that customers leave the lounge satsisfied.

Responsibilities:

•Approach customers as they enter the lounge, and inquire about the type of services they want with a professional and friendly demeanor

• Manage the sales process, politely respond to questions/inquires raised by customers, and close every sale with potential customers. 
•Constantly learn about the fashion business and be able to explain specific features of various clothing to customers as well as knowing the price list off hand. 
•Process quotes and sales orders and also issue receipts, and invoices. 
• Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to sell products and services. 
•Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products 
• Perform other assigned duties 

Requirements:

•A Degree in Marketing or any relevant field 
•Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in sales, marketing, merchandising or related field. 
•Ability to Multitask 
•Integrity/Discipline 
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
•Attention to details
